Mr. Ingriselli has more than 30 years of experience in the energy industry and is a seasoned leader and entrepreneur with wide-ranging E&P experience in diverse geographies, business climates and political environments.
Before founding Pacific Energy Development, Mr. Ingriselli was the founder of Pacific Asia Petroleum, Inc., (later known as CAMAC Energy Inc.). Prior to Pacific Asia Petroleum, Inc., Ingriselli spent 23 years at Texaco in diverse senior executive positions involving in power and gas operations, merger and acquisition activities, pipeline operations and corporate development. Positions Mr. Ingriselli held at Texaco included President of Texaco Technology Ventures, President and CEO of the Timan Pechora Company, and President of Texaco International Operations Inc.
Geoff Styles - Managing Director of GSW Strategy Group
Geoffrey Styles is the Managing Director of GSW Strategy Group, LLC, an energy and environmental strategy consulting firm which works
with organizations and executives to address systems-level policy. Mr. Styles industry experience includes leadership roles at Texaco Inc. in strategic
development, scenario planning, alliance management, and energy trading. As a well-respected advisor and commentator in the energy industry, his views on
energy have been quoted frequently by the Wall Street Journal, the Financial Times, and the Washington Post. Mr. Styles is the author of Energy Outlook, an
internationally-recognized blog on the energy industry that was named one of the "Top 50 Eco Blogs" by the Times of London.
Mr. Styles has an M.B.A from the Haas School of Business at the University of California at Berkeley and a B.S. in Chemical Engineering summa cum laude from the University of California at Davis.
Michael Rozenfeld - Vice President of Geosciences, STXRA
STXRA is a Houston-based provider of specialized consulting services to the oil and gas industry. As a technical/operation partner to Pacific Energy Development, STXRA brings a vast array of experience in operations, drilling, petrophysics and energy finance to the Company's corporate acquisitions and asset development efforts. STXRA is also the operation partner in the Pacific Energy Development's Niobrara operation.
Through his technical expertise in onshore energy resources development and talent at identifying high-return prospects, Mr. Rozenfeld has delivered billions in dollars of value to companies including Rosetta Resources (NASDAQ: ROSE), a $2.4 billion market cap oil and gas company focusing on unconventional resources.
Mr. Rozenfeld’s expertise includes applying petrophysics, reservoir engineering, and geologic knowledge to analyze and maximize the value of in place hydrocarbon recovery. Mr. Rozenfeld has a proven record of success in leasing, planning, and drilling vertical and horizontal wells in conventional, tight gas, and shale plays. He has led drilling of 30 horizontal wells since 2009, where he was responsible for coordinating and analyzing vertical/horizontal log/core data, geosterring laterals, and making strategic drilling decision to ensure optimal drilling results. Mr. Rozenfeld has also substantial experience in establishing groundwork and managing the drilling of a number of Bakken exploration wells in Montana.
Mr. Rozenfeld is a licensed professional engineer in the State of Texas.
